Paula is an illustrator and painter based in Wilmington, Delaware. She is a graduate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, with a BFA in Illustration.

For her, creating art was a natural process growing up, due to her active imagination turning to creative outlets as a necessity. She values the individuality and experiences of each person, and most importantly the dreams and ideas that arise in their head as a result of that. Her original art serves to illustrate all of her dreams; she aims to pinpoint the feeling of imagining something, often communicated through a painterly, rougher style that is more telling of the inner machinations of her brain when creating artwork.

 

Her largest sources of inspiration have always been the female figure, animals, and other elements of nature that she finds thought-provoking, paired with rather light and rich colors to create an atmosphere in the piece that differs from our world's.
